A specialist pharmaceutical pricing and market access consultancy who support pharmaceutical companies with their product pricing and market access challenges focussing in three core areas; Launch strategy and implementation, Price optimisation and strategy, and Market access training.

Provide full operational support to the Management and project teams, including:
Oversee the operations and administration function, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Line management of office administrators, providing coaching and development opportunities
Lead in the onboarding and induction of new starters

ARTICULATE STORYLINE
Omniplex | 3 day training workshop
A practical training workshop where I learned how to design complex eLearning modules in Storyline. From basic slides to conditional triggers and variables, creative interactions using dials and sliders and explore the use of motion and shape intersection triggers, that make motion paths allowing me to create unique presentations and eLearning modules using this tool.
RISK MANAGEMENT PRACTITIONER
AstraZeneca internal course | 2 day workshop
Provided me with the tools and techniques assist the risk managers by undertaking or facilitating activities related to the implementation of the plans for managing project risks. Following this training, I implemented "how to identify risk" training workshop for the project team.
ISEB IN PROGRAMME AND PROJECT SUPPORT OFFICE (PPSO) ESSENTIALS

I gained certification in understanding of programme and project organisation structures, planning, documentation, monitoring and reporting. This PPSO essentials course allowed me to gain an an understanding of the fundamentals of project management and provided a solid foundation in project management techniques, processes and tools that I applied to my role as Project Support Offier.
