Under my leadership, the company achieved new heights of operational excellence. Noteworthy achievements include:

  • Spearheaded the successful deployment of Microsoft Teams collaboration tool, ensuring all team members received comprehensive training. This resulted in improved communication, streamlined workflows, and increased productivity.

  • Pioneered the development of a comprehensive Office Administrator Handbook, serving as an invaluable resource for new administrative hires. The handbook facilitated smoother onboarding, accelerated the learning curve, and promoted consistent practices across the administrative function.

  • Implemented an innovative recruitment process that significantly increased efficiencies in handling candidate applications. This resulted in reduced time-to-fill critical positions.

  • I successfully designed and developed an innovative HR portal, providing employees with a centralised repository for HR information and resources. This enabled employees easy access to HR-related tools and resources, making it easier for them to find information, know whom to contact for support, and voice their opinions on HR matters.
